Added proper support for number of mouse buttons in X11, and
a keyboard in Windows CE. Also, several glutGet results returning TRUE/FALSE were changed to 1/0, because the actual return type is int (although they are technically the same in practice). git-svn-id: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/freeglut/code/trunk@707 7f0cb862-5218-0410-a997-914c9d46530a
